Taco Soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 green peppers, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomato with juice (14.5 oz)
1 can rinsed black beans (14.5 oz)
1 packet taco seasonings
1 cup corn (frozen or whatever)
1.5 cups water (fill the tomato can)
Briefly sauté the first three ingredients in a little bit of tomato juice from the diced tomatoes in a medium/large soup pot. Then add everything else, stir and simmer for 30ish minutes. That's it! Tastes like tacos.
