#29 England: english muffin
After going gluten free I never thought I would eat an English muffin again, but, I found an edible brand: Food for Life! The muffins are a little tough, but, better when toasted rather than microwaved. I like to eat mine with Earth Balance vegan butter or with mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
